Dainik Bhaskar

Enterprise products for ad booking, workflows & operations

  • Product Designer
  • Enterprise · Ad Sales ecosystem

At Dainik Bhaskar, I worked across customer-facing and internal enterprise products within the Ad Sales ecosystem — simplifying complex workflows across advertisement booking, workflow management and discount operations.

The Work

I worked across multiple products and workflows, translating complex business requirements into structured, production-ready experiences.

Ad Booking

A redesign exploration for Dainik Bhaskar’s advertisement booking experience, focused on making a complex multi-step process easier to understand and complete.

Workflow Management

Enterprise interfaces for configuring and managing approval workflows across business processes.

Discount Management

Data-heavy interfaces for managing client-specific discounts, schemes and coupon operations.

Ad Booking

I explored a more structured booking flow that progressively guided users from defining the advertisement to selecting a template and creating its content.

Content & Preview — letting advertisers compose an ad while seeing the result take shape in real time.

Workflow Management

I also designed internal enterprise experiences for configuring, reviewing and managing approval workflows — translating complex business rules into clearer operational interfaces.

Discount Management

Alongside workflow systems, I worked on data-heavy operational interfaces for managing discounts and promotional instruments.

What I designed

  • Advertisement booking workflows
  • Category and template selection
  • Content creation and live preview
  • Enterprise workflow administration
  • Approval and operational workflows
  • Discount and coupon management
  • Data tables, filters, forms and reusable interaction patterns

The Approach

I focused on breaking complex business requirements into smaller, understandable steps — using information hierarchy, progressive disclosure, structured forms, data tables and consistent interaction patterns to make dense workflows easier to navigate.

System Thinking

Across the work, I aimed for a consistent enterprise design language through reusable components, typography, spacing, status patterns, forms, tables and interaction states.

Collaboration

Worked closely with product, business and engineering stakeholders to translate evolving requirements into scalable product experiences and refine designs around real implementation constraints.

Enterprise UX isn’t about removing complexity. It’s about giving complexity a structure people can navigate.
